I love retail.  As a growth-stage operator who has partnered closely with founders and CEOs to scale creative, consumer-facing businesses, my leadership style is direct, people-first, and centers around the philosophy that “hope is not a strategy”. I know that great teams do their best work when expectations are clear, priorities are focused, and accountability is consistent. I see my role as bringing structure and discipline in service of a founder’s vision, not on top of it.
